Everything that I have learned since 2004, I am putting in my real estate book. My goal is to make sure that our minority youth have a diverse path of resources to find information on passive income. Passive income leads to wealth if it is used correctly. Owning property is wealth. With little to no money, I have done it all from wholesaling, rentals, flipping, creative finance, joint ventures and more. I am glad to be able to put all my knowledge and experience in one easily accessible place.

Don’t think that a 2, 3, or 4 year old child does not understand certain things. As long as you break it down in a language that they can understand children will soak up everything you tell them. Start teaching them early about numbers and property and savings and money etc. In this coloring book kids learn colors, coordination, numbers, ownership and more.
