“Teach Them To Be Better Than Us”
Use your own finances to show them a visual of what to do when they start earning theirs

I am a U.S. Army Veteran who holds a degree in Education. However, I have always been an entrepreneur. One of my many endeavors was having a business where I helped small companies improve their business credit and qualify for loans. I created this financial literacy set of flashcards and books for children inspired by my own two.

My ultimate goal is to empower our youth with emphasis on our minority by showing them the resources, tools, skills, techniques and teaching them higher financial literacy. I am working on ensuring that the next generation isn’t left behind when it comes to owning businesses and property.

My passion has always been to help others and what better way to do that, than by teaching something as valuable as personal finance. If you need direction on how to begin showing your children the path to financial freedom, contact me personally for a consultation at @youthandfinance

Evelyn’s Real Estate Book

Everything that I have learned since 2004, I am putting in my real estate book. My goal is to make sure that our minority youth have a diverse path of resources to find information on passive income. Passive income leads to wealth if it is used correctly. Owning property is wealth. With little to no money, I have done it all from wholesaling, rentals, flipping, creative finance, joint ventures and more. I am glad to be able to put all my knowledge and experience in one easily accessible place.

Financial Literacy for Kids Coloring book

Don’t think that a 2, 3, or 4 year old child does not understand certain things. As long as you break it down in a language that they can understand children will soak up everything you tell them. Start teaching them early about numbers and property and savings and money etc. In this coloring book kids learn colors, coordination, numbers, ownership and more. A coloring book can only be an introduction to essential topics but just by becoming familiar with what is in this book, they can begin their path to financial freedom.

Money Power Respect Board Game

If you love Monopoly, Cash Flow, Life, or any of the finance board games, you will love this one. The point of this board game is to have fun using financial skills that should be applied in real life. The ultimate goal is to have Money, Power and Respect. How do you achieve this, well simply by working your tail off, making passive income and investing that income.
